RETURN POLICY

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND
1.Product received is not working as stated.
2.Product delivered is not functioning or not functioning properly as stated
3.Product damaged in transit
4.Product not complete by having missing parts as delivered.
5.The product has not been used
6.Notify the seller immediately or within 2-3days of the receipt of the product/item.
NB All damaged and wrongful shipment must be supported with picture and video evidence.

REFUND PROCESS
1.Contact the seller about any issue regarding the item/product
2.Apply for a refund if there is no amicable solution between you and the seller.
3.Get your money back withing 15 days.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
1.Products that are damaged because of manhandling cannot be returned.
2.Perishable goods are not returnable
3.Chemicals and medicines are not returnable.
NB: In cases like this, we consult with the seller to see the best way out.
